The Effects of New Service Development Antecedents On New Service Performance: A Research On E-Commerce Businesses

Purpose: The purpose of this dissertation is to determine the dimensions e-commerce businesses in service innovation and reveal effects these on new performance, along with accomplishment marketing performance businesses. 
 Method: research was conducted between June 18, 2020 - September 20, 2020. convenience sampling method used study. data collected from companies were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Findings: According results analysis, it has been found that exogenous variables strategic investment, experience, information technology competitive environment have a significant positive impact However, risk tolerance, collaboration, consumer demand did not substantially affect In addition, as result also impact.
 Discussion: It can be stated essential for gain experience innovations, analyze correctly, focus technologies their investments innovations.
